01 · Feel good
Start with how you feel.
Energy, sleep, mood, vitality — hormone optimization and peptide therapy, prescribed and overseen by our medical director, built around your labs and your life. Not off-the-shelf. Not rushed.
Hormone health
Energy, sleep, mood, weight, desire. For women and for men. Labs first, then options explained side by side — including pellet therapy, which is one choice among several rather than the only one.
Start with a consult
Peptide therapy
A field with a great deal of noise around it. We’ll tell you plainly what is well studied, what isn’t, and what we can and cannot offer — before anything is ever drawn up.
Ask what’s appropriate
Vitamin & IV therapy
B-vitamin and lipotropic injections, hydration and nutrient IVs. The shortest visit we offer, and the one people build into their week.

02 · Look good
Then, how you look.
Medical weight management that works with your body, not against it. Personalized, supervised — and honest about what comes next, because losing the weight is the first half of the story.
Metabolic & weight health
Insulin resistance is not a sermon.
The reason most people walk through the door. A real visit, real labs, and an honest look at what your body is actually doing — not a lecture about willpower. Where medication belongs in the plan, Blaine evaluates and prescribes it, and we stay with you afterward instead of just starting you.

The weight came off.Now make sure everyone can see it.
03 · Be better
Finish the transformation.
Rapid weight loss can leave skin behind. Non-surgical skin lifting and tightening, so the outside finally matches how you feel on the inside. This is the part nobody else talks about. We do.
Skin & aesthetics
Injectables, skin quality, texture and tone. Planned around your face rather than a template, and the menu shifts with the season — call and ask what’s available now.

Real people, real rooms
Our own patients, photographed here.
No stock photography and no models. Every comparison below is someone who sat in that chair, shared with their permission.
Photographs published with each patient’s written permission. Lighting, angle and time between photographs vary. Individual results vary, and no outcome is promised or implied — what any treatment can do for you is a clinical question, answered after an evaluation.
What comes next
You are not finished becoming yourself.
Never stop.
Maybe you lost the weight. Maybe you’re rebuilding strength, energy or confidence. Maybe nothing is “wrong” at all — you simply want to feel as good in the years ahead as you do now. Wherever you’re starting, there’s more ahead.
A note from Heather
I wanted a place that felt like somebody’s house instead of a waiting room.
I’ve been a nurse for twenty-three years. In March I’ll be a nurse practitioner. My husband Blaine is an FNP-C, and he’s here too — so the clinical side of this is family, not a stranger who drives in once a month.
We take the time. We run the labs before we make a plan, and then we actually follow up, which is the part most people tell me they’ve never had.
And if you’ve been putting something off because you were embarrassed, or because you assumed you couldn’t afford it — call anyway. Ask me what it really costs. I’d rather tell you than have you keep driving past.

How a visit goes
Three steps, in this order, every time.
You sit down
History, what you’ve already tried, and what you actually want out of this. No rushing you back out the door.
We test
Labs before treatment. A plan built without them is a guess, and a guess costs you twice.
We stay with it
The part most places skip. We check in, adjust, and keep checking — week six is where people usually get dropped.
Why people drive here
Private, and we mean it.
A good share of our patients drive in from Tifton, Nashville, Moultrie and Lakeland. Not because there is nowhere closer — because closer means running into your neighbor in the waiting room.
Thirty minutes buys you a town where nobody knows your business. We’re a few minutes off I-75, one patient at a time, two chairs and a lamp instead of a lobby. There is no front-desk audience because there is no front desk.
If you want to ask a question before you ever make an appointment, call and ask it. Nothing goes in a chart until you decide it should.
Men, too
One in four people who walk through this door is a man, and most of them didn’t mention it to anybody. Hormone and testosterone health, weight that stopped responding, energy and sleep that quit working. Same labs, same plan, same private room.
Driving in
Tell us where you’re coming from when you call. We’ll build the visit around one trip where we can — labs, consult and treatment in the same afternoon instead of three drives.
Said plainly
The questions people ask in the parking lot.
Is medication for weight the easy way out?
Do I really need labs?
Will anybody know I came here?
What is this going to cost me?
About money
Ask before you decide you’re priced out.
Prices are posted at the desk and given straight over the phone. Financing through Cherry is available for treatment plans. The worst outcome here is somebody sitting in the truck doing math on a number they never actually asked for.
Your transformation has a next step.
